From 1 July 2026 in international transport
Under EU Regulation 2020/1054, vehicles exceeding 2.5 tonnes gross mass will be required to use tachographs in international transport from 1 July 2026. If you drive a van, light truck, or flatbed internationally, you need to prepare now.

Every driver of a 2.5–3.5 tonne vehicle (van, light truck, flatbed) performing international freight transport in the EU.
