To use the TachoData application, you first need to register an account. Registration is simple and quick, and can be done in several ways.
Email registration
Steps for registration with email address and password:
- Open the TachoData application
- Tap the "Register" button
- Enter your email address
- Choose a password (minimum 8 characters)
- Confirm your password
- Accept the Privacy Policy
- Tap the "Register" button
Important
The password must be at least 8 characters long. Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers for better security.
Email verification
After registration, we will send a verification email to the address you provided. Click the link in the email to activate your account.
Tip
If you don't receive the verification email, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, request a new verification email in the application.
Sign in with Google account (Android)
The quickest way to register on Android devices is to use your Google account:
- Tap the "Sign in with Google" button
- Select the desired Google account
- Grant the required permissions
- Accept the Privacy Policy
Sign in with Apple ID (iOS)
The quickest way to register on iOS devices is to use your Apple ID:
- Tap the "Sign in with Apple" button
- Select the desired Apple ID account
- Choose whether to share your real email address or use Apple's generated anonymous email address (Hide My Email feature)
- Grant the required permissions
- Accept the Privacy Policy
Hide My Email feature
The "Hide My Email" feature creates a unique, random email address that forwards messages to your real address. This can be revoked at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Password & Security → Sign in with Apple.
Privacy Policy
During registration, you must accept the Privacy Policy. This contains information on how we handle your personal data and tachograph data. The policy can be viewed at any time in the application settings.
