The Attendance sheet / Time sheet displays the driver's monthly work time record (Working time register) in PDF format. The report complies with the Hungarian Labour Code and the EU working time directive requirements.

Daily breakdown

The attendance sheet contains a detailed daily breakdown of the driver's activities:

Column Content
Day Day of the week and date
Start / End Work start and end time (hh:mm format)
Driving Time spent driving
Other work Other work activities (loading, administration, etc.)
Break Short breaks under 15 minutes
Total work Total working time (driving + other work + break)
Availability time On-call, waiting time
Work break Mandatory 45-minute break as required by law
Night work Work performed during night-time hours
Work elsewhere Work performed for another employer or on foreign assignment

Night work record

The attendance sheet separately records night work in two bands to determine supplement entitlement:

Period Supplement Condition
18:00 – 06:00 30% night supplement At least 1/3 of working days are night shifts and at least 4 hours in duration
22:00 – 06:00 15% night supplement Night work exceeding 1 hour, if the 30% condition is not met

Monthly summary

At the end of the month the report summarises all activities:

  • Total work — monthly cumulative working time
  • Total availability time — monthly time spent on-call
  • Total night work — hours qualifying for night supplement
  • Weekend work — Saturday and Sunday working time shown separately
  • Holiday work — work performed on paid public holidays
  • Overtime — working time exceeding the daily/weekly limit
  • Number of working days / rest days — days worked and rest days in the month

Day types and markings

The following markings may appear in the attendance sheet:

R Rest day
H Paid holiday
V Vacation
S# Sick leave
U2 Unpaid leave

Sending report by email

The attendance sheet can also be sent by email. The email includes the report and the associated .ddd file encrypted.

Tip

You can keep the .ddd files for archiving purposes. These files contain all the data from the card and can be reprocessed if needed.

Important

An active subscription is required to view the attendance sheet. Without a subscription, a demo attendance sheet is displayed with a "DEMO" watermark.
