Employment data entry (TachoAI feature)
On your account's file-list page, the Employment card opens the employment web app in a new browser tab with one click, signed in to your account (company). There you can enter and manage drivers' working-time and attendance data.
How to open it
On the file-list page, click the Open Employment button — the web app opens in a new tab, and the original page stays on the previous tab. (A signed-in account is required.)
What it contains
The web app offers several tabs at the top:
- Onboarding/offboarding — the start and end of drivers' employment; filterable by status (active, left, unknown, incomplete).
- Leave — absence tracking with a calendar view and several types (holiday, sick leave, on-site work, etc.).
- Data entry — manual record-keeping with templates; event generation for non-tachograph vehicles too.
Good to know
The session is tied to your browser, and a countdown in the header shows how long it stays active. Your settings (rates, templates) are stored in your browser, not on the server. Drivers appear once your account is linked to the right company (see: Company link).
