Reports on the web portal

The web portal lets you generate two PDF reports directly from the .ddd data you have uploaded:

  • Infringement report — analysis based on EU 561/2006 and AETR rules, listing the driver's driving and rest violations.
  • Attendance sheet — monthly working-time record with driving, availability, rest and work periods split by day.

Where to find the buttons

The top of the file list page has a Reports panel containing:

  • A From date input
  • A To date input
  • An orange Infringement report button
  • A blue Attendance sheet button

Default date range

The two date inputs default automatically to the full month of your most recent upload. For example, if your latest upload is dated 2026-04-30, the panel opens with From: 2026-04-01 and To: 2026-04-30. You can pick any other range by clicking into the date inputs.

After clicking

When you click either button, the portal prepares the PDF in the background and opens it in a new browser tab. The original file list stays in the previous tab — switch back to it whenever you like.

About the subscription

Reports are generated during the free 14-day trial period or with an active paid subscription. If your trial has expired and you have no subscription, the buttons remain clickable, but the response will be an error message: “Could not generate the report…”. Subscriptions can only be purchased through the mobile app on Google Play or App Store — the web portal cannot sell or modify subscriptions.

Reports created through the web portal are identical to those generated in the mobile app — same layout, same calculation logic, same data.

The default date range is a convenience only. You are free to generate reports for any past period as long as data exists for it — for example a single week, a full quarter, or a custom audit window.
