Below you will find the most common problems and their solutions. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.
Tachograph not responding
Possible causes and solutions:
- Driver cards have changed - Check that the same cards are in the tachograph as at the time of pairing. If the cards have changed, remove the pairing on both devices and pair again.
- The tachograph is frozen - Turn off the ignition and wait at least 2 minutes. Then restart the vehicle. The tachograph will recover after restarting.
- Bluetooth is not turned on - Check that Bluetooth is enabled on both the tachograph and the phone.
Connection timeout
Solution:
- Try connecting again
- Make sure the phone is close to the tachograph (within Bluetooth range)
- Close and reopen the application
- Turn the phone's Bluetooth off and back on
Upload failed
Solution:
- Check the internet connection (WiFi or mobile data)
- The application will automatically retry the upload once an internet connection is available
- There is no need to upload manually again - the data is safely stored on the phone
Tip
The data is safely stored on the phone until it is uploaded. As soon as the internet connection is restored, the application will upload them automatically.
Card already uploaded this month
Explanation:
Depending on the subscription type, a driver card's data can be uploaded once per month. If the card data has already been uploaded in the current subscription period, the next upload is only possible in the next period.
Important
Only one card upload is possible per subscription period. If you need to upload more, a higher-tier subscription may be required.
Bluetooth pairing failed
Step-by-step solution:
- Remove the pairing on the phone: Settings → Bluetooth → Find the device → "Forget device"
- Remove the pairing on the tachograph/front device: Go to Bluetooth settings and remove the phone from the paired devices list
- Restart Bluetooth: Turn the phone's Bluetooth off, then back on
- Try pairing again: Follow the pairing guide steps from the beginning
